RCAA CERTIFIED COACHES

The Road Runners Club of America is the gold standard for running coaches. All of our coaches are certified by the RCAA.

Walking Program

Oct 24 – Dec 12

The DRC Walking Program is a 13-week program designed to help new walkers improve overall health and increase energy. 

5k Training Program

Oct 24 – Dec 12

The DRC 5k Training Program is a 13-week program is designed to help new or newly returning runners learn to train and complete a 5k race. 

10k Training Program

Oct 24 – Dec 12

The DRC 10k Training Program is a 13-week program designed for runners who have completed a 5k and want to increase race distance.

Half Marathon Training

The DRC Half Marathon Training Program is designed to help new or returning runners learn to train safely and complete a half marathon!  

Marathon Training

This DRC Marathon Training Program is a 22-week program comprised of speed, strength and long distance workouts to prep for a 26.2-mile race.
